I am an experienced Pilates teacher, personal trainer and Rossiter coach. I work from my home studio which allows me to price myself under the competition even though I have more experience than most. I have had amazing results with my clients including weight loss, body toning, increased strength, increased flexibility and anti-aging fitness. I have many packages availalbe .

I was born to be a healer. I love fixing people and helping them get the body they always deserved. I have a high energy level but unlike others in my line of work, I don't yell and scream at people or make them feel inadequate. A client of mine once said I did more for her self-esteem than years of therapy! It works.
