I just enjoy helping others reach their goals and discover new ways to stay healthy. Staying fit is important but doing something that you are passionate about is even more important. A healthy mind leads to a healthy body and that is why helping people do fitness their way is my number one goal with personal training. I'm just trying to spread some well being through fitness because that's my passion.

I like to start by reviewing their goals and then run through a few assessments to see where they're at. From there we can then move into designing a training program specific to the individuals needs and wants.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have specifications in performance training and MMA conditioning. I also have 5 years of experience with rigorous physical training in the Marine Corps, 12 years of boxing experience, 5 years kickboxing, 2 years muay thai, and 10 years of self-defense training.
I work at 24 hour fitness in Yorba Linda so pricing varies based on the session amount and training program.
I got started teaching through helping friends here and there reach goals that they had and I discovered a passion for it.
I have mainly worked with individuals within the ages of 16-70, all varying in experience.
