He co-authored a book TheCut with Hollywood Actor Morris Chestnut.

He has trained celebrities such as Steve Harvey, Stephen A Smith, Morris Chestnut and he has had successs transforming every day average people that are either overweight or obese.

    I have a B.A, B.S and M.S Degree. I am also certified as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist with ISSA.

    I try to work with people's budget within reason. I always like to negotiate over the phone and find out what they can afford. Travel will always dictate how much the price will be but I am always typically fair if I believe it will be a long term client.

    I've been a certified fitness and nutrition professional for about 17 years. And I also a former Division I Top Track athlete- Sprinter who competed at Cal State Fullerton. i was the school record holder in the 100, 200 meters and 400 relay.

    I work with all types of students that are looking to get in great shape and want to lose weight or build lean muscle or lose bodyfat.
