What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I generally evaluate all clients and start at their present level. Beginner, intermediate or advanced. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

AA and BS degree

11 years USMC

35 years wrestling coach, close combat instructor, Track and field, marksmanship and various weaponry.  

Specializing in strength and conditioning via professional equipment.  


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Prices begin @ $25-$45 per hour. Depending on the package you want. Large discounts for purchasing multiple sessions. First Assessment session is only $15.

Be motivated, ready to work, ready to learn. Look for true passion in your trainer.
