
We will warm up, strech, core training, balance and strength. Work on footwork drills. Quickness and explosive drills. Train with the Vertimax and Raptor. I have been training athletes for 10+ years. I was a high school standout in football and baseball. Played college football at Northern Michigan university were i was a,2 time all conference Defensive back. I love getting people better
