About
As an athlete I suffered chronic pain due to injury for years on end until I began studying biomechanics and the myofascial sling system. Today, I am pain free and continue to improve athletically as I advance my knowledge of human physiology. My coaching has been developed through nearly a decade of biomechanical research. The exercise and techniques are all geared towards improving the human potential at any age, gender or skill level.
I use my own expertise to help others manage their pain and increase their physical capabilities. It feels like my job is to literally make others' lives better on a daily basis and that will never get old to me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always assess the posture and movement, at first, in order to begin understanding where limitations are residing in the body. From there we start with myofascial release techniques to open up movement potential and eventually progress into correcting movement imbalances through functional exercise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree in kinesiology. Six months experience working directly with a DPT in a post operation physical therapy clinic. I've been a trainer and coach for a decade. Currently studying for my movement specialist and integrated manual therapist certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We charge $80 per adult private session, $40 if the client is a student athlete. For a group session, $30 per person.
How did you get started teaching?
I started helping to coach younger generations of wrestlers as a senior in high school and immediately recognized my passion for teaching. Due to many injuries and excessive time spent in Physical therapy clinics, I had a different understanding of the human body from my peers. I began studying kinesiology in college and eventually turned my focus to biomechanics through independent study. I believe college courses have some catching up to do with the current field of biomechanics and therefore continue my education daily on my own research.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've taught multiple subjects at all ages. This includes swimming lessons for 3 month olds up to 12 year olds. I coached wrestling with junior high and high school students. I've trained soccer athletes below the age of 10. In the physical therapy clinic I worked with young teenagers all the way up to geriatrics with double knee replacement surgeries.
