About
I not only have scholastic experience through many certifications and experience, I've lived and experienced what it's like to live on both ends of the weight spectrum. I've lived the life of overweightedness as well as disordered eating and being too thin.
My degrees are in exercise science as well as nutrition and dietetics from Central Washington University
I have several specializations within in personal training certifications from NASM which include Women's Fitness, Weight Loss specialization, Nutrition Certification, Mental Toughness, and Behavior Change. I've been a part-time personal trainer/nutrition coach for over 9 years.
I work with only women and I understand the phases and seasons they go through.
I love to help people realize that their health is in their hands however they choose to make that happen and it's great when i can show a woman that she can do this.
I also love to prove that this is NOT rocket science - it's pretty simple where "A + B always equals C"
I've helped a lot of women gain their health back and their sense of control about choices and how it impacts their health and body. Also something that many don't think about is that whoever does the shopping is the gatekeeper to the health of the rest of the family. Healthy moms and wives, 80% of the time help create healthy family members too!
