Daniels background is as a lifelong athlete, beginning as a little league baseball champion then transitioning to extreme sports including moto cross and rollerblading then into bodybuilding and completion kickboxing for 8 years.
Jana’s background is in the physical therapy clinic where she worked as an assistant for 3 years. Now I’m the personal training field, she specializes in pain free, functional training, helping her clients to achieve their strength and weight loss goals while also using corrective exercise strategies to lessen pain from injuries and daily life.
