About

Hello, my name is Randy Horton, and I am a professional sports performance coach. I hold a USAW Olympic Weightlifting Certification, a CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, and First Aid/CPR training. I have over 15 years of experience in this field, working with athletes at all levels.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as an assistant strength coach for UCLA’s football program, working with Occidental College’s softball team, coaching football and track as a head coach, and serving as the head strength coach for Los Osos High School’s baseball team.

When you train with me, you can expect discipline, structure, and encouragement. I push athletes to maximize their potential while also teaching proper technique to keep them safe and performing at their best. My goal is not only to help you get stronger, faster, and more explosive, but also to build the confidence and work ethic that will carry over into every area of your life.

I will do an excellent job because I care about the details, I understand what it takes to compete at a high level, and I know how to bring the best out of every athlete I work with.
