About
I’m here solely to help change people’s lives. Through my 20+ years of training experience. And countless certifications, NCCPT, NASM, TRX, EFKI and Sports Performance. I’ve trained kids, pro athletes, physique competitors, elderly and celebrity clients. No matter your goal I can help you achieve it. We will sit down in our first meeting and outline a game plan with your specific goals in mind. Boxing, sports performance, weight loss, weight gain, Bootcamp, or general health, it can be done! You will also receive a personalized nutrition and cardio program that will help you get the results you desire and deserve!
The most enjoyable aspects of my job are getting to know my client. Understanding what their motivation is and using that to push you beyond what’s comfortable. Seeing the change in you throughout the process. That first time after we take measurements and you smile because the results you can now see. The friendship that is built throughout and the end result of achieving your goal. To successfully change your life, is priceless!

How did you get started teaching?
After playing in the NFL for several years, I decided that fitness was a great way to make money. Then I lost my father to cancer and that changed my outlook on fitness and how my knowledge can help change the lives of the people that I work with, possibly save their life.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with Children from the age of 6 to 17, Professional athletes, fitness/body building competitors, Seniors with disabilities, stroke victims, actors and military/law enforcement.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most recently I have had several of my sports athletes win their league or high school football championships.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure to find a trainer/coach that wants to make sure youre achieving your goals, not the goals they think you should have. Your trainer should be attentive and paying attention to you! Make sure they're knowledgable, by asking questions. If they're are charging a rate that you know is really low, then you may not want to work with that person. Each trainer should know their value, based on the knowledge and education they have as well as their success during their career.
