Hi my name is Mark and I am a very active individual that loves helping people overcome obstacles and become healthier, stronger and better than ever before.
I will help you in any way I can to get to your goal. My sessions are fun and dynamic. I also hold MMA certification so we can incorporate some MMA style boxig into our routines. If you would like to change your life style once and for all then I am the right trainer for you. Looking forward to working with you towards a fit healthier stronger better version of you!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A typical process with a new student/client
Starts with a phone call to schedule a time and place to meet for a consultation. Consultation it's free.
Once we meet and go thru some questions such as medical history and conditions then we will do an assessment to see how you are physically from there if you decide that I am the right fit for you. We will set up a schedule and time meet for the following sessions . I will develop a program along with a nutrition program that will align with your goals
As you make progress the program changes and workouts get a bit harde . This is to keep you countable and engaged at all times.
Remember all of this is a life style change there is not shortcuts.

NCCA Accredited Certifications
