About

My name is John Marsh and I am a retired professional MMA competitor and professional coach. I have competed in various events around the world, including Pride Japan and the UFC. I have created a Private and group training facility for both adults and youth. My program focuses on both Martial Arts and Fitness. I believe being a competitor in mixed martial arts requires you to be in extremely good shape both physically and mentally. I created this program to teach all the same fundamentals of martial arts and fitness without the abuse it takes to be an MMA fighter. Most people would like to learn, martial arts and fitness, but do not want to take it to a competitive level. I have created a system to teach both without the extreme contact. This is a great program for individuals who would like to get in great shape with strength training, weight, loss, muscle building, and athletic performance, and or learn the life skill of various forms of martial arts including Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu jitsu, Wrestling and general self-defense.

I’ve been a trainer/coach for all levels from professional NBA and NFL players to new moms who just want to lose the extra baby weight.

More than half of my clients I have had for over 5 to 10 years.
