A 13 year old ballet dancer, a paralympic gold medalist, other disabled athletes, a master rode bike racer, US Marines and Navy SEALs. widland firefighters, judo, jiu-jitsu and cage fighters, russian kettlebell instructors, yoga instructors, perosanl trainers, group exercise instructors, aerialists and aerialist instructors, seniors in need of fall prevention training, triathletes, distance runners, skiers and snowboard racers and instructors, mountain bike racers and instructors, Scottish highland games competitors, powerlfiters, amateur strongmen and strongwomen.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My top athlete, paralympic gold medaist in snowboard racing, Evan Strong is right now racing in Finland. Soon he will race in his 2nd Olympics. Evan informs me after that he will no longer race in the adaptive category.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be ready to answer detailed questions about your goals.
