About
I was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 8th round in 2011. In 2014 I was the Red's Humanitarian of the year, while also posting a.317 average with 20 stolen bases and 88 hits. Throughout my baseball career, I took pride in taking care of my body so I could perform at a high level consistently. I want to share that knowledge and give you a full understanding of what it means to live a clean lifestyle from a different perspective molded after a professional athlete's regiment. I've been in the trenches, and know exactly what it means to dedicate their life to fitness and athletics. As an athlete, you're always looking for ways to better yourself and to find every little advantage. Most of my "secrets" come from functional lifting, a clean diet, and training your brain how to be stronger in every aspect. Those things alone will grant a lifestyle change. Just Lifted is more than lifting weights or losing weight. It's a lifestyle that will uplift your overall attitude and health. Stay lifted and be the best version of yourself that you can be.
22 years of baseball experience and 5 years of professional experience with the Cincinnati Reds has given me ample amounts of knowledge for the game of baseball and how to properly take care of an athlete's body. Nutrition, fitness, and the mental side of the game is what I specialize in. Some of my closest friends and mentors that I've trained and worked with are Ken Griffey Sr., Billy Hamilton, Eric Davis, and Barry Larkin to name a few. I still work closely with the Cincinnati Reds head strength and conditioning coach and the training staff. My clients get a top-notch training experience at an affordable price. I handle the nutrition, fitness, and training exercises for all of my clients to ensure they are getting a professional level workout.
I've managed to modify some of my favorite workouts to work for the everyday person as well. If you want to train like a professional athlete and see results that actually transfer over to functional movements while gaining strength, I'm your guy.
I also have a tutoring service that is an option as well. From elementary to college, you get your own personal trainer with professional ties with a top of the line tutor as well. My business partner, Junho Han, is a Private Standardized Test Prep and College Admission Advisor. He attended Stuyvesant High School in New York City and Emory University in Atlanta, Ga, scoring within the top 10 percentile in all standardized test including the SHSAT, SAT, and ACT on the first try. He masterfully blends his experience from personal cultural and socioeconomic exposure and knowledge from attending renowned institutions, in order to best adapt to every student accordingly and bring lasting and measurable improvements in test scores and academic performance. Training session will be a 1-1:30 Academic session will be 1-2 hours
I love the process and watching the development of all of my clients. There's also something to be said for doing exercises and training drills that ACTUALLY transfer to the next level. Fitness is a journey, but if I can push someone to get more out of themselves to achieve their goals I'm ecstatic. There's nothing more rewarding as a coach.

During my third offseason I had a knee surgery. I got obsessed with learning the ins and outs about the human body and how to train at the highest level.
