Travis Scott started YoungHeart with the one main goal in mind; to spread the wealth of health. After Travis realized the advantage one has of having a healthy heart through a life of balance between nutrition and fitness, he learned that teaching this practice is his calling.

Travis has always lead a healthy lifestyle when it comes to nutrition and fitness. He learned about how this gave him a medical advantage when he went into the doctor's office and found he had to have open heart surgery. The doctor mentioned that had he not had such a healthy heart, he would not have bounced back so well from such a major surgery. Before, during, and after Travis' surgery, he was able to go through the process with minimal to no problems because of how well he has taken care of himself. As you can imagine, he continues to live this healthy lifestyle. Now, he wants to share this with us all!

Not only does Travis have a healthy heart, but he also has a big heart and wants to use his knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and wellness with his surrounding community by offering his personal training services. His unique and personalized training plan pushes his clients to their fullest capabilities and often surpassing their initial goals. With Travis' positive attitude of No Limits, his program is designed to meet or beat his client's goals and assist them in reaching the point of having a healthy heart and achieve that medical advantage of health!

YoungHeart strives to see its client's improve the quality of life they lead through a better quality nutritious diet and a customized fitness plan that results in overall wellness and happiness.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

While each individual client's fitness plan is customized, there are three different levels within customization. Each client's fitness plan will be carefully put together based on medical and physical condition, current training capacity, and wellness goals. Below are the starting points to each level:

Novice Level

  • Cardiac Conditioning

Intermediate Level

  • TRX Training
  • Cardiac Conditioning
  • Weightlifting

Expert Level

  • Stretching
  • TRX Training
  • Cardiac Conditioning
  • Weightlifting
  • Endurance Training

1 on 1 50 min session

$100 single session ______ prepaid (Initial)

$380 4 session packaged ($95 per session) prepaid ______ (Initial)

1 on 1 25 min session

$70 single session ______ prepaid (Initial)

$240 4 session packaged ($60 per session) prepaid ______ (Initial)

Note: Training session will begin at scheduled time (unless other wise scheduled) and last for 50 minutes for 50 minute session or 25 minutes for 25 minute session

 

 

You must give a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to session’s scheduled start time.  Missed sessions, cancellation within 24-hours and tardiness more than fifteen (15) minute after scheduled start time will result in a nonredeemable forfeited session.
