Hi everyone my name is Travis I am the owner and head trainer at YoungHeart Fitness. I’ve been training for over 15yrs. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. I’ve got the best cross training program that will help you shed excess fat while building strength and endurance through a one-of-a-kind fitness regimen that includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercise, core, training, strength training and stretching. My program is a full-body workout that will help you get into the best shape of your life quickly and effectively.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While each individual client's fitness plan is customized, there are three different levels within customization. Each client's fitness plan will be carefully put together based on medical and physical condition, current training capacity, and wellness goals. Below are the starting points to each level:

$100 single session ______ prepaid (Initial)

Note: Training session will begin at scheduled time (unless other wise scheduled) and last for 50 minutes for 50 minute session or 25 minutes for 25 minute session
You must give a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to session’s scheduled start time. Missed sessions, cancellation within 24-hours and tardiness more than fifteen (15) minute after scheduled start time will result in a nonredeemable forfeited session.

I've been playing sports from grade 1 up to a college level, I've also been involved in coaching and training my sons in the sports so this is how started teaching
