What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Full body workouts first day of training. We do a consultation just so I can get to know your prior fitness experience, eating habits, and goals. This way I have a better understanding on how to structure your diet plan and workouts! Not too intense first day, we slowly build up to it every week!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Solo sessions: $90/hour
Group classes:
$50/person for two people
$45/person for three people
$40/person for four people
A.) Additional $10 for sessions scheduled before 8am or past 8pm.
B.) Full amount charged if the session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
C.) Full Payment required before training is scheduled.
D.) Discounts will be given if sessions are reserved one month in advance and pre-paid.
How did you get started teaching?
Was a personal trainer at Fitness 19 Pleasanton for 6 months, worked at private gym ATP fitness San Ramon for 6 months. Have always had a passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals.
What types of students have you worked with?
Ages ranging from 7 years old-60 years old. Beginners, high school and college athletes, clients that want weight loss, clients that want to build muscle.
