I've been teaching boxing and competing for the last thirty five years. I work with both Male and female students from age six years old on up. I've tried almost every sport there is. But there's something about boxing I just never get tired of, it's one of the most challenging and best cardio workouts I've ever done. I've worked with professional fighters, musicians to school teachers and everyone in between. I love teaching my students the correct techniques in boxing training, positive attitude and self confidence, and learn how to protect yourself in a situation.
Boxing is one of the best workouts I've ever done for overall stamina, and cardiovascular fitness training. And the art of stand up boxing once you learn how to hit and move just gives you the confidence to handle about any situation. And it's a very challenging workout but fun at the same time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Always when working with a new student patience, take your time teaching the art of boxing, which Includes, learning how to throw punches the correct way by using your whole body, footwork, defend yourself when someone is throwing punches back at you, and conditioning, confidence in yourself to arise to a confrontation if it ever happens.
