I believe you deserve to feel good about yourself. I am very passionate about encouraging and inspiring others to achieve what they never thought they could. No matter what your fitness level or weight loss goal, I will motivate and challenge you to become fitter, stronger and capable of doing things you never dreamed of. Ultimately, I want you to feel better, look better and perform better than you ever thought possible!
I love helping people, especially women, realize their own strength. I love the look of astonishment on my client's face when they perform their first set of picture perfect push-ups (and I'm not referring to the "girl" variety) or how empowered a woman feels after ripping a lot of weight off the ground via some deadlift variation. My main focus is not only a body change, but a change in life satisfaction and self esteem.
