I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, VertiMax Bootcamp instructor, and strength coach. With a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and experience at Gold's Gym Venice, I've honed my skills in various athletic disciplines. I lead high school teams to championships and created #KakeFit for training without a gym.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer prospect clients to schedule their first session online via https://calendly.com/jonkakerfitness
First session will include;
15 min athletic deep stretch program breakdown
40 min main workout using weights and vertimax
5 min abs / cool down
Will email pricing sheet over and never pressure for the sale for the first session. I enjoy teaching/training and not about being a salesman.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM ('12), Kinesiology B.S. (CSUN '15), multiple HS state championships.
