Pro Skills Sports Academy is designed to develop student athletes through its comprehensive strength and conditioning Program. PSSA provide levels of talent to Colleges, Post Graduate Schools, Unversiities Nationally and Internationally.Junior College, Division 1,2,and 3 Colleges and NAIA Schools
Our Travel Teams range from 8 to 18 years of age. Gold License and NCAA Certified Coaches
Our emphasis is on Ball Handling, Footwork, Shooting,Attack Moves and Controlled Scrimmages.
Wet and Dry Sand Workouts, Aqua Workouts, Speed Training, Track Workouts, Plyometrics, Medicine Balls, Free Weights, Vertimax,Nautilus workouts.

PSSA is also a grass root development group currently running programs in KSA, China, Phillippines, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Norway, Canada, and in the United States. Coach Watkins has more than 25 plus years of coaching experience at the highest levels, Serving as a head coah at the Junior College, University level affiliation, Special assistant to NBA teams, and Head Coach in many International countries.
