Thanks for visiting my profile! Golf and fitness have long been a part of my life. The two can’t be separated if getting better is the goal. As your coach, we will focus on the fundamentals of the golf swing, the “feel” we’re wanting to achieve, the biomechanics of YOUR body that lead you to swing how you swing, all while talking through the thought processes that come with playing golf. We will also discuss the fitness component as an integral part of not only golf, but life in general.
