My workouts consist of strength training, conditioning, muscle building, mobility and core training. I come from a sports background. As a former Divison I basketball player I use my knowledge and experience form sports and translate it to help people lose weight and/or build physiques.
I've trained over 100 people and created dozens of transformations. I also have the top certifications/knowledge to help clients reach their goals

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will start with a basic full body workout in order to assess strength level, endurance level and overall fitness level.

Pay by session (Group) - $40
1 Month (Group) (3-4x a week) - $320
8 Sessions (Group) (2x a week) - $250

How did you get started teaching?
I worked front desk at a golds gym while preparing to play professional basketball overseas after I graduated from college. I learned a lot working in the gym and fell in love with fitness. I decided to start my own business instead of pursuing my basketball dreams!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are serious about making progress. You have to be in a mental space where you are willing to train on days you don't feel like it. You will also be sore sometimes. LAstly, you will absolutely NEED the mental toughness to change your eating habits to get the results and ensure you are not wating your time/money along with the trainer's time/money.
