What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a complimentary one hour assessment and consultation. We identify your goals and what motivates you, assess your posture, stamina and strength, take a little food preference questionaire., and calculate your measurements and body composition. Then we come up with a strategic plan for accomplishing your goal including cardio, resistance workouts, shopping and cooking guidelines.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's in Agriculture Science with a focus in Anatomy and Physiology. I taught High School science for 15 years. I've been a personal trainer for 8 years and hold 3 certificates including a Performance Specialist Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
