I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Boxing Trainer.
I use primarily weights, medicine balls, slam balls, battle ropes, TRX, boxing training, calisthenics, and elements of yoga. We will train muscle endurance, strength, power, balance, flexibility, with lots of core and cardio training. Whatever it takes to help you reach your personal fitness goals. We'll keep it fun and effective.
I can create a tailored weight training program for you if you are looking to build muscle and gain strength.
I work with all ages and fitness levels. I love to work with beginners, I love to help people lose and manage weight, and I love to work with athletes.
I am results driven! Nothing flashy and no wasted time. To reach your physical goals there is a path that is specific to you, and my passion is finding it and guiding you there.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, you can help me get an idea of your medical/medication history, physical habits, workout history, physical demands of your job, and eating habits.
Then a series of simple exercises to help me assess your current fitness and mobility level. This is very important as I can also visually assess areas of inflexibility and/or muscle imbalances that need to be addressed.
From there we discuss your personal fitness goals and I use all of that information to develop a workout plan for you.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate for 1 on 1 Personal Training is between 30-60 per hour depending on various factors including travel distance for at home training.
My rate for group training (2-4 people) varies, email me for details.
Payment is due at the first session and every 4 weeks.
No make-up sessions if you are a part of a group.
