Dragons Den MMA, founded in 1997 and operating in Union City, California and surrounding areas, is a professional martial arts and fitness club. With experienced instructors, they offer a variety of traditional and modern martial arts classes to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Their large facility includes a gym, boxing ring, and MMA cage. They specialize in a range of martial arts styles, including Hawaiian Kajukenbo, Indonesian Silat, Filipino Eskrima, and Muay Thai Boxing, among others. Additional programs include fitness kickboxing, fusion fitness, and women’s-only kickboxing classes. New members are welcomed with specialized workshops.
