I’m Joseph Alcon, a performance and injury-prevention trainer specializing in athletes and also those looking to just move better and level up physically/mentally. While most trainers focus on getting kids bigger or faster, I build programs that do both — while protecting their joints, fixing movement imbalances, and keeping them on the field long-term.
Every program is built around you specifically: your weaknesses, your sport, and your goals. No cookie-cutter plans. No wasted sessions.
