Jeff is the founder of Centered Living, an alternative holistic healing center that is founded in Taoist philosophy, Zen Buddhism, Inspiring Homeopathy, and Classical 5 Element Clinical Qigong that encourages a natural and balanced lifestyle. Jeff teaches Qigong meditation and moving form practices, which focuses on circulating and generating qi through intention, breath, and body posture. He provides regular to periodic assessment of one's qi system, Clinical Qigong treatment, and Homeopathic remedy recommendations to his clients. The goal of Qigong practice is the development of one's inner vertical pole with heaven and earth while holding center, and the devotion, gratitude, love, and compassion that naturally arise out of this relationship.
Jeff is a professional member of the National Qigong Association and certified Clinical Qigong Practitioner and Level 1 Instructor. Jeff has spent nearly a decade in self exploration, Qigong meditation, and clinical training, initially using his Qigong training to fully heal from his own severe illness, diagnosed by western medicine as incurable. Much of the work Jeff does is in assisting clients through the "universal" experience of simply being human. A few of the archetypes that can be focused on during the healing sessions are issues of incarnation/bonding, identity, protection/boundaries, self-love, confidence/control, victimization/trauma, shame, and disconnection of the soul. Jeff understands through his own experiences what his clients go through in their healing journey and is a facilitator in helping them to activate their own healing energy and find their way back to full and vibrant health.

After the qigong assessment and treatment, you and I work together to develop a treatment plan that will address your unique and specific needs which you can practice between sessions. This can drastically vary with each individual but usually consists of meditative, self-treatment exercises and possible nutritional and homeopathic recommendations.

I do charge a flat rate $150 on the first visit for a 2.0 hour session and $120 for all subsequent session which last usually between 1.5 to 2.0 hours depending on the level of work that is needed.
I was originally drawn to this path of qigong healing for its mystery, its depth into the unknown, as well as its insistence that the practitioner be responsible for their own healing and development. I have always enjoyed these experiences that bring me to the brink of what I imagined I am capable ofevery aspect of me being compelled and challenged to become more fully engaged and alert.
Of course, as I began this journey into qigong, I did so in much the same way I began everything else in my life at the timewith an unstable, full-charge-ahead, perfectionist approach, with no concept of how to relax and how to take a step back to enjoy the scenery. In fact, I actually thought I was relaxed. But, it wasn't long into my practice before I began to truly see myself for the first time; feeling levels of peace and joy that I had never known could even exist.
