Founded in 2016, Nova Mente Academy, located in Englewood, Colorado, is a comprehensive Martial Arts, Self-Defense, and Wellness Academy. Specializing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, the academy also offers Chiropractic and Massage care. With experienced coaches, Nova Mente provides training for all ages and skill levels, starting from 4 years old. In line with their motto, 'We The Empowered', the academy aims to empower each student both on and off the mats. They also carry a range of holistic supplements for recovery and self-care.
