My workout design is based on initial fitness assessment which allows to work on existing muscular/posture imbalances and avoid injuries. My first goal of working with any client is to condition hers or his body in the safest way possible by developing a customized fitness routine. My workouts are fun, creative, and functional!
As a certified nutrition coach, I will provide you with science-based nutrition guidance to help you achieve your goals. My experience includes working with pre- & postnatal clients, elderly, clients with chronic back pain and other injuries.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer FREE initial training/consultation where a client defines her/his goals, get a fitness assessment, provides me a medical history and information about existing health challenges. I provide a client with a sample workout to determine her/his fitness condition and nutritional guidance.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The prices varies depending on amount of sessions you'll decide to purchase. $50-75/1-hour session. Nutrition coaching is included into personal training package.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a competitive athlete in rhythmic gymnastics up until the first year of University. Fitness has naturally become my passion, hobby & career.I began teaching teaching various aerobics classes and later on transition into personal training.
