And bodybuilding clients, and much much more.I have Ben a fitnesses Trainer for 17 years, I am NESTA certified, APEX certified, PNF internship class, PT foundation certified. Food sports nutrition supplement's certified. I love helping people to achieve there goals. Aflame Fitnesses is my business name,it means ignite your passion, because so many people get into shape because they have to,and that just dose not last,you have to turn it into a passion and love the process because if you do not turn it into a passion you will never have lasting change.
