Nikolas Constantakos is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also trains his clients at Real Fitness in his hometown: Jupiter, Florida. He also has an online training program for anyone around the world. Nikolas has been a long time supporter and brand ambassador for ZyckFit.

Nikolas acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa, where he also played Division II baseball as a Pitcher as well as Division I at Charleston Southern University.

Additionally, Nik is an endurance athlete who has competed and placed in Half Marathons and Ultramarathons. He understands that mental strength is just as important as physical strength and has pushed himself to complete a 24 hour run, 24 hour indoor row, and pull ups for a duration of 12 hours.
