What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The proceeds I usually take is to start with I usually have a conversation with the new to learn what his specific goals , experience and interest to get a specific feel of what the student wants to learn and and take out of the experience . from there I usually begin to prepare a mental outline to how we where are going to achieve the the student s personal goals 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been boxing and kickboxing since I was 13 years old I've been trained by big names such dyah David son of Howard davis Jr. , Steve Bruno and ailton barbosa . I am currently an undefeated amateur kickboxer with a record of 3-0 and will be making my mma debut in febuary

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I usually charge about 12 dollars for an hour  session which includes me meeting you somewhere close to your home or your home some warmups , cardio, pad work , technique drilling , strength training . and a overall review of performance and step by step guide to see where we can improve and nutrition advice . I also offer 3 sessions a week for a monthly charge of 80 $ and I'm willing to work with my students to create custom plans tailored for their personnel goals
