What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First we talk i take notes i ask you your wants and needs & goals then we begin the workout session . I can train you at your location with in 5 miles of my location or meet you at Planet Fitness,Fort Lauderdale beach or any location or gym you like . Just show up that is the hardest part . I make fitness fun . 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started working as a personal trainer in CT at NYSC in 2003 i got certified there & worked there 7 days a week for 1 year and been training clients on my own ever sinse . I started working out at 9 years old & been working out my hole life im a martial artist,wrestler and 2 title undefeated champion fitness is my world ! The hardest part is just showing up .

Rates $40 for 40 min workout or $60 for 75 min workout buy Five 40 min workout sessions for $175 or Five 75 min workout sessions for $225 . 1 FREE trial 30 min workout to all new clients. 

How did you get started teaching?

I started working as a personal trainer at NYSC in CT in 2003 i got certified there i worked there for 1 year 7 days a week and been on my own ever since . Fitness is my world ! 

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with ages 18 to 105 years old and from athelets to people that have never worked out before . If you want to make a change dont make exscuses why you cant just show up thats the hardest part . 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I been training client Steve for over 1 year now and he lost 12 lbs and 4 inches off his stomach and gained 2 inches of muscle on hs arms . He is 72yo and is in the best shape of his life . 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Try out the trainer to see if you like his workout routines . Go more than 3 days a week and just show up that is the hardest part .

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What are your goals ? How much weight do you want to loose ? How many days a week you want to workout ? What is your main target area ?
