I have trained all ages from 18 yo to 105 yo.

I can train any level from beginners to athletes.

I offer 1 FREE 30 min trial workout to all new clients.

I can come to you or train you online or meet you at Planet Fitness or Ft Lauderdale beach to do workout session.

    First we talk i take notes i ask you what your goals are then we begin the workout session . I can train you at your location if its within 5 miles of my location or meet you at Planet Fitness or Fort Lauderdale beach or any location or gym you like or do online personal training. Just show up that is the hardest part. I make fitness fun.

    I started working as a personal trainer at NYSC in 2003 i got certified there. After working there 7 days a week for 1 year i started doing it on my own.

    Rates $50 for 40 min workout $75 for 75 min workout.

    Buy Five 40 min workout sessions for $200 or Five 75 min workout sessions for $275.

    1 FREE trial 30 min workout to all new clients.
