Jerry Seeger-NASM Certified Personal Trainer
About
I love working with people to improve their physical, mental and emotional health. I believe when you are healthy physically you can improve both your mental and emotional well-being. I treat each individual differently and don't just cookie cutter plans.
While I am newly certified as a personal trainer, I have actively been working on myself and worked two years as a PE instructor and have most recently worked as a weight training instructor.
Currently, I am a full-time teacher of theatre in a grade 6-12 school so my availability to work with clients is in the evenings or on the weekends.
Getting to know my clients is one of the things I enjoy about personal training. It is more than a business relationship, which many times can be impersonal.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start with a questionnaire to learn of any health concerns and conditions. I then want to work with the student to craft S.M.A.R.T goals to create a plan for them to achieve those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and full-time teacher who spent two years as a pk3-8 PE teacher and most recently as a weight training instructor for grades 9-12.
