Reggie knows his stuff. He creates each work out to your ability so no two are alike. He also changes the routine so you are not doing the same moves all the time. If you have difficulty with a certain move, he will work with you to get you through it or change it to something you can do. Hes always open to questions and willing to help. I think he is a wonderful trainer. Very dedicated and cares about you.

Reggie is not your average trainer. It starts with a sit-down interview to ascertain your goals and physical limitations and he tailors a program to meet your particular needs. While he has all the latest fitness gadgets, he also showed me that a particular exercise could be accomplished with just a piece of tape on the floor. Its how you work with that tape that makes the difference. He always asks how youre feeling on a particular day and has a Plan B in case the original routine would be too strenuous for how you are functioning that day. He focuses not only on the exercise routines but also on diet and nutrition and shows how you can lose weight simply by writing down (honestly) what you eat in a day. For anyone turned off by the gym animals who love to boast about how much they can do, when all you want to do is get healthy, thinner, and less lethargic, Reggie is the guy to see.
