I have 33 years of teaching experience and 43 years involved in the martial arts. Certified Personal Trainer, Certify Kettle Bell Trainer, Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, 3rd Degree ITF Taekwon Do Black Belt, 2nd Degree American Kenpo Black Belt, 3 Degree RDCA Combat System Black Belt.
