We offer mobile fitness which means we come to you, home, office, park etc. We create and bring all of the equipment you will need to reach your fitness goals. We are NASM certified and SpartanSGX certified.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All clients will go through our initial assessment process to determine your fitness level. We will also take current pics and measurements to show your progress later.

Corporate Wellness Programs $135 per hour up to 20 people
Personal Training $75 per hour $15 per each addition person up to 4. Discounts for multiple weekly sessions
Fitness Assessments $25 initial session
How did you get started teaching?
I have been working out for a long time and spent many years in a corporate sales environment. Fitness has also been a priority for me so I decided to leave corporate America and pursue what I love.
