What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We assess the new students needs and physical condition then design a program accordingly for maximum success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training for over 35 years and teaching for 25 years. In addition to holding a 5th degree Black Belt in Karate, I also hold a 2nd degree Black Belt in Close Combat Martial Arts, am a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Self Defense Instructor and a Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor. Additionally I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Consultant.
I am also insured as well as am CPR and First Aid certified.

One dollar per minute. Choose between 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching for my teacher at his school over 25 years ago.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who walks the walk, is positive, in shape and doesn’t try to lock you into a contract.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Tell the teacher your goals for training and any abilities or disabilities/injuries you have.
