She began her fitness lifestyle in 2011 and her approach to health and fitness integrates optimal and enjoyable movements combined with balanced nutrition and a positive mindset while true health is being achieved, she is committed to assisting you to become the most confident, healthiest, and strongest version of yourself.
Her ultimate goal is to create a community of like-minded individuals who also share a passion and love for fitness and health.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know my clients through what each individual wants as their fitness goals.
Sitting down one-on-one to discuss how many days per week they are willing to COMMIT to completing their goals.
Finding out eating/sleeping habits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at Planet Fitness in the past, however, I have started to take on personal clients.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with Expert Rating.

How did you get started teaching?
I started training friends and family first as a hobbie to help my loved ones get into shape and I started to take it more seriously and decided to get my certification. Once I obtained my cert, I began training at Planet Fitness 5 days a week.
Wanting to expand my business, I decided to leave PF and pursue my online fitness training goals.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from varies backgrounds. From minor health issues, beginners, young adults and those just wanting overall general fitness.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When looking for a trainer I feel it is important to have a personable relationship with one another. Choose someone whom you feel understands your needs and makes you feel comfortable.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
