    Frequently asked questions

    I like to get know the person on training level to connect first to am i the perfect that person. Then i like to ask questions about there health, any broken bones or disabilities they may have that may interfere with the work out sessions. After the client has made a decision then i ask them to sign a safety waiver.

    I am a certified personal trainer and former boy scout.

    I do packages that include the number of sessions and the amount of time we will work base off your needs. I am reasonable understanding

    I am always had a love and passion for fittness. I have been working out since middle. I have been teaching fitness since i graduated from high school and now working on competing for mens physique competition.

    Be very opend minded and welling to try new things. Be very patient observant. Encourage your student push beyond there limit in a safe manor.
