What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask them questions on what they would like to look like once done training with me. What's there diet like before finding one that works for them. Do they have any restrictions on certain exercises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Train my teammates in Strength/ conditioning so we all perform well on the field. To minimize injuries and I also played semi pro football team for the Atlanta Prime and Georgia lions for 7 years
How did you get started teaching?
Being in the gym 6 days a week training myself. People would see me in the gym so much they would ask for advice or techniques. To get there body where they thought I was.
What types of students have you worked with?
Kids playing little league football
Teenagers that was trying to get workouts with colleges
Adults who was just trying to stay in shape
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When a client came to me 275lbs and she say that she didn't feel pretty anymore. We was able to shave 60lbs off her in 4 months. She cried cause she didn't think she couldnt do it. Told her to trust the process Rome wasn't built overnight
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Stick to what the trainer tells you and be ready to put in the work.
