· Implement comprehensive programs for clients following a health and fitness assessment
· Develop alternatives to fit individual needs and physical conditions
· Lead and participate in vigorous fitness training, to include running, weight lifting and other fitness activities
· Provide sports, personal and group training
· Support, train and motivate clients to improve fitness levels and reach personal fitness goals
· Support clients in adopting and maintaining healthy lifestyle behaviors
· Work with NFL and Collegiate Football Players
