About
M.S.B stands for "Muscle Shapes Bodies"! Women should understand that using muscle the correct way will also burn more fat hours after the workout is over! It's not about bulking up like a man (like many women may think) but using the muscle you already have to burn more calories. That is the secret to how men lose more weight faster. Right now with Cov19 people are shut in and gyms closed or unsafe, but their are ways to still stay fit! No one wants to finally win the Cov19 battle down the road but lose the battle with their weight and health in process. We have to still train but do it safely! I can show you how with a one on one training sessions outdoors and various parks across Atlanta.
Motivation is the key ingredient to being a personal trainer! Any trainer can make you lose weight doing just simple jumping jacks but if the client doesn't come to do those simple jumping jacks with their trainer then they won't get results. Make sure the trainer you pick is also interesting and knowledgeable, mentally stimulating and motivating! He/she can give you all the secret exercises they have but if you don't show up when you are supposed to, then those special exercises won't matter. Your trainer needs to know he also has to mentally stimulate you before he can give you any type of physical results! As your trainer I am responsible also for making sure you WANT to come see me as well! Training shouldn't feel like a job with a bad boss when you go, but actually feel like you accomplished something afterwards!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first need to meet with you to determine what goals we can actually safely obtain. If you are 300lbs and wanting to get down to 105lbs in 3 months then that would be a problem! "I want to study you mentally before I train you physically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ISSA certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I also have other trainers and nutritionist working for me. I have a personal chef that is excellent at helping you with meal preparation as well!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge just $25 per sessions for the first four sessions to prove to you that you have picked the right trainer. Locking you into a large expensive pre-pay contract is not my ideas of doing fair business like some do. Yes it makes you continue to come sometimes but how many of you are already paying for a gym membership you don't use? If I'm not the one for you I don't want to hold you hostage. I will let my work speak for itself and your $tips will speak for itself to me. Just 2 sessions with me and you will know you are with the right guy. Then my price goes to $50 per session but again only after I have proven I am worth it!
How did you get started teaching?
My sister was failing her Navy PT training and I started training her and her other navy friends. They all said how much better I was and more patient and I was only in my twenties then. I am now age 45 and my skill level and experience is much greater.
What types of students have you worked with?
I trained College students from ages 18 to a 102 year old woman! I know the bodies of all types and I know that everyone is different!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I like working out at parks now that Cov19 is taking over the world!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You need to focus on them as a person and not their body, gender or age. Many trainers are genetically gifted so thinking if they train you that you will be just like them is wrong. You want to talk with them and you should be able to hear the passion in their voice when they speak on fitness!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
This is all up to you! Only you know what your goals are and what you want. Don't over think thinks when it comes to asking questions. The trainer should actually talk your ear off if he know what he is doing and already has a plan for you!
