As the “top coach” at Crunch Johns Creek, I transform people’s bodies and minds by guiding them through gradual lifestyle/habit changes. I generate customized strength training, cardio, nutrition, and flexibility/mobility routines, and keep people accountable through automated text messaging systems and in-person training sessions.
I am a certified nutritionist, and I am certified in corrective exercise. As a result, I specialize in helping people lose body fat and/or get rid of joint pain.
My clients’ successes are a result of my scientific approach to training. All of my guidance is a result of over ten years of obsessive learning from sources like Dr. Peter Attia, Dr. Aaron Horschig, Dr. Mike Israetel, and Dr. Andy Galpin [industry leaders in health/wellness, physical therapy, bodybuilding, and exercise science, respectively].
