I have been working with Y4F for 10 weeks and Yancy has played a HUGE part in my GLOW-UP. Bouncing back from breast cancer, with my finally surgery being this past summer, we started training as soon as I was cleared by the doctors. Whilst, my motivation to train was simply physical, as in, I wanted my body back. What I got from the ever kind and professional yet very human and real Mr. Yancy, was my life back. And better than EVER!!! Through movement and diet, and holding to the "homework," I was shown how to chip away at all that was holding me down/back.
