What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I begin by scheduling a consultation and going over a sample work out. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I current two certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicene. NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My pricing is based on the individual needs but I do run specials which can be found on my website.

How did you get started teaching?

I began my personal training career in 2012 after realizing my love for athletics and the gym could impact the lives of my community.

I am proud to say I am facilating a youth program in Dekalb Couty with Juvenile Court System and I serve as a role model in the lives of these youth.
