Mr. Jones has been my personal trainer and he helped me immensely. Exercise has never been my personal strong link but now I love to exercise because Mr. Jones makes it fun and intriguing to exercise again. In the beginning, exercise was hard for me due to knees issues and I wanted to improve my muscle strength. I'm so glad I found Mr. Jones and he an amazing personal trainer for sure. Physically, I have improved my strengths and my knees are much better since trainng with Mr. Jones. For sure, I am able to enjoy weight lifting, push ups, and squats. Mr. Jones focus on total body workouts. He pushed me out of my comfort zone each time. My energy leve is awesome and I feel much better now. I am in between two sizes down. I greatly appreciate for Mr. Jones for helping me achieve a stronger version of myself, physically stronger and healthier again. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in an excellent personal trainer.
Great personal trainer! Great motivator, great workout sessions, great nutritional advice, and I started seeing results shortly after starting. I can do squats again! (I think it'd been 15 years since I did a squat). I've heard people say they get energized after a workout. Never had that feeling until now. After my morning training sessions, I feel ready for the day and don't need my morning cup of coffee as desperately as before. Wish I'd found Yancy sooner!
I cannot express how happy I am and pleased with my results after only two months with Jones Personal Training!!! To date, I have lost a total of 13 pounds, and I could not have done it without Vell! Each work out is methodically planned out in advance, he focuses on ALL parts of the body (legs, upper body, butt), and he provides suggestive dieting plans and strategies. He is great with communication; he is always on time (if not early), and he is always amendable to changes if something comes up and I have to reschedule. This is all around the best personal trainer because I not only feel better but I, and my friends and family can see the results, too! When I first started training with Vell I was only able to hold a plank for ten seconds. Here it is two months later and I am wearing clothes I have not worn in years and I can hold my plank for an entire two minutes!.
