About

Fitness is the cornerstone to success and a prosperous life. I studied at Georgia Southern University and earned a BS in Kinesiology and majored in exercise science. I have worked with hundreds of clients and implement every phase of fitness into each personal training session. I'm concerned with meeting the goals and catering to each specific client I train.

I really enjoy seeing clients achieve their goals and also promoting a healthier lifestyle of living. It’s very gratifying.
