Hi! I’m Ike! NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve played contact sports throughout my life and now participate in flag football and softball along with constant exercising. I can help you reach your fitness goals by providing customized fitness plans designed specifically for your body type and holding you accountable. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing is to have a fitness consultation. Where we would go over fitness goals, health history, and create a realistic timeline to reach certain goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I was a gym-aholic in my early 20’s and I mean seriously! People would start asking me for gym advice regularly and everywhere. I’d get stopped mid workout, at work, shopping, literally everywhere. I would tell my grandma these things and she told me that I should be a personal trainer. I literally never even thought about it before. Since I’ve became one I’ve gotten to experience my using my guidance to help someone reach their goals and it is exhilarating!
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with clients of all ages including seniors.
