About this pro

Your workout is all about…YOU! Your goals, your mind, your body. Listening and adapting is a huge part of being a Personal Trainer because everyone’s bodies work differently. Paying close attention to your wants and needs is crucial for us to be able to work together and be a team.

I design custom workout plans for each individual based on a full body assessment done prior to your first session. I pay close attention to each client's goals and focus areas, and put together a thorough workout plan before each session to review with the client. This will allow us to track your progress, too!

"I don't sweat for pounds or inches, or dress size I sweat to make my outside match my inside." - Amber Dawn Hunter

Getting to know someone physically and sometimes emotionally during our 1-1 time together is a big part of this job and is why I love it. Developing safe relationships and being able to work together and lift each other up is what this is all about. The workout can be tough but I will talk you through it and point you in the right direction the entire time we have together. My purpose is to help you feel fulfilled and accomplished. Seeing others succeed and feel great about themselves is what drives me to work hard every day while doing what I love :) There are good days and bad days, but the only workout you will ever regret is the one you didn’t do!

Arabella H. brings great energy & enthusiasm to the room and is an easy favorite among the many PTs/spin class instructors I’ve worked with — both in GA & the DMV area. Her music selection and choreography keeps things interesting on the bike & her round-the-clock passion for health & wellness is evident. I loved the workout plan (+advanced plan) she designed for me when we were not able to train together in person. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! While she guides her athletes to reach their personal the limit, one can enjoy her easygoing personality and big smile for motivation the way.

I have used 6 different trainers in 3 cities and Arabella is hands down the very best. Arabella truly cares about her clients and wants the to succeed. She is incredibly positive and motivating and encourages and pushes you to be your best every step of the way. Her unique background, education/degrees and certifications i Provide her with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of nutrition, the human anatomy, chronic pain and pain management, and even psychology. Arabella is one of those rare trainers who is able to design custom workouts that consider and help improve any physical injuries or ailments you may have, while offering nutritional advice and consultation , while also helping to combat the emotions so often linked to weight gain and help you overcome any prior inability to commit to an exercise or Weightloss program. Her workouts are tough and FUN and she changes them up every session to keep you engaged and motivated and excited about working out.

Arabella has taught me the meaning of healthy living and surrounding yourself with safe people who promote overall wellness. She is a master of the body and mind and her unique motivational style and creative exercise plans always keep me surprised and challenged. Beyond physical wellness, Arabella has helped me develop a consistent plan for manifesting an overall healthy lifestyle through daily practices that I've woven into my routine. Her charismatic and zestful personality is such a joy to be around. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer and wellness guide. Thanks, Bella!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

With a new client, I will sit down with you to discuss any medical history & injuries before performing a physical assesement. I pay close attention to your goals and then do a full review to make sure we have covered everything before we get started.

How did you get started teaching?

I chose this career from true passion and desire to help others feel good about themselves, both inside and out. Prior to this, I sold software in the busy city life in Atlanta, Georgia. This career path was not focused on making a positive impact on the personal lives of others, but was more self-focused and goal oriented. While those were never my intentions at the time, looking back on it, I now feel that way. Having a job that isn't all about my accomplishments, my goals, hitting my monthly quota, etc has completely changed my outlook and attitude towards this precious life we have. It's about someone else feeling accomplished & stronger, both mentally and physically. To me, this what life is all about!

What types of students have you worked with?

Experience with Seniors, Special Needs, Depression, Anxiety, & Neurotypical.
